And I Didn't Do It Because I Couldn't…I Did It Because I Could!! and Know That I Can Do All Things Through Christ That Strengthens Me!!! So Please HOLD all the “Take It Easy Comments” just for today… Because I Feel & Felt Good Doing It…Let Me Have THIS!!
My Brother Odel Gave Me A PUSH Prayer & Encouragement!! & Guess Where He Was…At the Gym Too!! We were walking that Treadmill Togetha! I Needed to Hear from Someone Who Knew I Could & God Did That for Me Today!!
Believe it or Not…My Dr’s Actually Want Me to Exercise!! Shoot I Want Me To Exercise Too…Nothing Crazy but if you can PUSH Through to do it you should as it has so many benefits in helping you with Fatigue, Insomnia, Anxiety, Stress, Maintaining Weight, and Overall Your Physical & Mental Well Being Too!!
